Abstract

The article examined the theoretical and methodological and practical aspects of the control mechanism competitiveness of telecommunication enterprises. Methodological approaches to the formation of this mechanism is also analyzed the problems and have been substantiated. This article was accented that the telecommunications market is characterized as oligopolistic and highly concentrated. High competition in the telecommunications market there is among small providers of telecommunications. The competitive environment brings new quality requirements for the operation of enterprises. The proposed methodological approaches to the formation of a competitive telecommunications companies control mechanism include customer orientation, values, competencies and innovation. They represent a set of analytical, methodical and organizational events. The effectiveness of these measures is provided innovation, organizational design and customer orientation.
