CONJUNCTURE AND FEATURES OF THE LABOR MARKET OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES IN UKRAINE: ASPECT OF MARKETING

Abstract

The article analyzes the situation of the labor market of information and communication technologies, reveals the interrelations between the informatization of society and the increase of demand for IT specialists, considers the main employer companies in the national labor market of ICT by spheres and types of activities, their intra-industry segmentation, given to the characteristics of a group of specialists working on the ITC labor market: age, sex, education level. The specific features of the forms of employment in the labor market of ICT specialists and the need for their further training by higher educational institutions are revealed.
