METHODICAL FUNDAMENTALS FOR AN EXPERT ASSESSMENT OF AN INNOVATION POTENTIAL OF A TELECOMMUNICATION COMPANY

Abstract
Effective development and innovative potential implementation of a telecommunication company defines a necessity of it’s rigorous assessment. Presented paper has analyzed core problems of the innovation potential estimation in telecommunication company. An indication system for an expert assessment of the innovation potential constituents has been introduced. Core conditions for the innovation potential estimation experts to fit have been systematized. Integral estimation of innovation potential evaluation technique is presented as well as the nuances of it’s interpretation.
