Abstract

Modern approaches to the interpretation and the value of the lease are considered. The essence of the concept of lease relations is analyzed. It is researched that in recent years, with the improvement of industrial relations, lease plays an important role. Lease relations are one of the important components of a market economy. It is determined that the mechanism of lease relations is a system of interconnected elements, the main of which are institutional relations, that is, the relations of internal differentiation of processes of appropriation by the factor of production. It is confirmed that an important part of the organizational processes of the implementation of lease relations is the proper registration and agreement of terms of lease agreements.
