Abstract
The article proposed a systematic vision of the interrelated concepts of competition, competitive advantages and competitiveness of the enterprise. The model of managing competitive advantages of an enterprise is presented, with their division into traditional competitive advantages, sustainable and inclusive, which is determined by the emergence of a new development strategy, namely, an inclusive one. Formed stages of competitive advantage management. It is focused on the approaches and features of managing the competitive advantages of the enterprise.
