Abstract

The essence, features and defined tasks and principles of formation and development of creative management in innovative enterprises in modern conditions, the preconditions of creation of the mechanism of creative management are defined, directions and measures for its effective using are defined, functional configuration of formation of creative management is proposed and the expediency of using the multicomponent hierarchical model creative management of the innovative enterprise, which should provide motivation krea yvnosti personnel, creative thinking, creative organization of relations staff and executives, hierarchy management technologies and modern communications, using of corporate culture.
