Abstract

The article describes the communications of the enterprise in management activities. The information trends of 2018, both for Ukraine and other countries are revealed. The actual tendencies of the established interaction between the manager and subordinates at the enterprise are considered and the step-by-step research of communication activity at the enterprise is described.
