Abstract

The article clarifies the essence of identifying the competitive advantages of companies, monitored and identified the problems of competitive development of telecommunications companies, identified strategic directions for the formation and multiplication of their competitive advantages on the basis of digital transformation, with the reorientation of the values and priorities of their business activities in the face of increasing competitive pressure and growth globalization and integration trends in the economic space.
