Abstract

The article investigates the priority of the influence of factors of the internal environment at the level of the organization with the help of the ranking method. A methodical approach is proposed to identify the key factors of influence on the management of the behavior of hotel and restaurant personnel and the calculated and formula model for the successful behavior of hotel and restaurant business.
