Abstract
The article describes the communication activities of enterprises and their management process through information resources. The communication attractiveness of the enterprise in the directions of management activity is considered and the list of use of information and communication technologies at the enterprises of Ukraine is given. The activity of operators (providers) of telecommunications and postal communication at the enterprises of Ukraine is shown.
