Abstract

The article explores the different views of scientists on the system of indicators, which assess the effectiveness of consulting companies. The author's view on the evaluation of the consulting interaction effectiveness in the process of the functioning in consulting company with a client enterprise is justified. The effectiveness of the functioning of consulting interaction is determined by an algorithm that takes into account the calculation of the system of indicators of organizational, managerial and economic components of the effectiveness of the consulting interaction functioning. It is recommended to interpret this efficiency through the efficiency assessment matrix for certain options, which will allow the management of the consulting company to make timely managerial decisions and formulate strategies for further development.
