THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE INNOVATIVE POTENTIAL OF THE TELECOMMUNICATION COMPANIES ON THE 4G BASIS

Abstract
The introduction of a new generation of telecommunications services by Ukrainian companies creates new conditions for the development of their innovative potential. The article systematizes the results of tenders for obtaining 4G licenses by mobile operators in Ukraine. The basic tendencies of development of the market of mobile communication services are determined. The main advantages of 4G / LTE implementation for operators, mobile subscribers, business and the state are analyzed. The main shortcomings and warnings of the introduction of 4G / LTE in Ukraine in modern conditions are identified. The basic tendencies of development of the innovative potential of the telecommunication companies on the basis of 4G are defined.
