ADAPTATION OF DOMESTIC HIGH SCHOOL TO FUNCTIONING UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF THE MODERN INSTITUTIONAL ENVIRONMENT (ORGANIZATIONAL-LEGAL ASPECT)

Abstract
In the article the question of the place of organizational and legal support in the process of adaptation of the activity of higher educational institutions in the conditions of the modern institutional environment is considered. Organizational and legal support makes it possible to adapt institutions of higher education to market conditions of functioning, taking into account both the state regulation of this sphere of entrepreneurship, and the peculiarities of internal management of the functioning of each individual institution.
