Abstract

The articles summarized, systematized and clarified the theoretical foundations of planning in the environment of the enterprise information system. Given the definitions of the concepts "planning" and "information system". Illuminated essence of the planning process in the environment of the enterprise information system. Determined the goals and the main tasks of planning the environment of the enterprise information system. Identified the main levels in a typical planning system.. Given the definition of the concept of "strategic management". Covered the main stages of strategic planning environmentof the enterprise information system. Shown the relationship between strategic and operational planning in the environment information system.
