DIGITALIZATION - AS AN TOOL FOR IMPROVEMENT OF BUSINESS PROCESSES, THEIR OPTIMIZATION

Abstract
The essence of the digitalization category is defined, as the need to conduct modern business and improve business processes. The need to take into account changes in the external environment and the introduction of systems for predictive analysis using IT tools has been identified. The experience of the telecommunications provider Deutsche Telekom is presented in the context of confirming the positive impact of IT tools in ensuring the implementation of business processes and predicting risk changes.
