СONCEPTUAL MODEL OF CONSULTING INTERACTION OF COMPANIES

Abstract
In the article author's definitions of the basic categories of the process of consulting interaction are offered: "consulting", "consulting company", "consulting service", "consulting product", "consulting interaction", "channel of consulting interaction", etc. A conceptual model of consulting interaction of enterprises and its components are characterized: object, subject of management, potential of consulting interaction, key functions, principles and methods of management, communicative process and its comp nents, counseling model, the mechanism of interaction between consulting and scientific approaches to its formation and implementation.
