REVIEW POLICY

Reviewing (expertise) of manuscripts of scientific articles is carried out in order to maintain the high scientific and theoretical level of the journal "Economics. Management. Business" and to select the most valuable and relevant scientific works.

The journal "Economics. Management. Business" uses double-blind (anonymous) review: the personal data of the author/authors are not disclosed to the reviewer; no personal data of the reviewer is disclosed to the author/authors.

Scientific articles submitted to the editorial board are subject to priority control over compliance with the requirements for scientific articles.

The primary expert assessment of a scientific article is carried out by the editor-in-chief or deputy editor-in-chief.

The editorial board determines a reviewer from the editorial board who supervises the relevant scientific direction of the article submitted for publication. In the absence of a curator of the relevant direction, the editorial board appoints an external reviewer for this work. Reviewers (both members of the editorial board and external reviewers) should be well-known experts in the subject of the submitted manuscript and have publications in this field (preferably within the last 5 years).

OPEN ACCESS POLICY AND TERMS OF USE OF COPYRIGHT OBJECTS

The scientific journal "Economics. Management. Business" provides open access (Open Access) to all published materials in order to widely disseminate the results of scientific research, support scientific communication and promote the development of science and education.

The author reserves the right, without agreement with the editorial board and founders:

- to use the materials of the article in whole or in part for educational purposes;
- to use the materials of the article in whole or in part for writing his own dissertations;
- to use the materials of the article for the preparation of abstracts, conference reports, as well as oral presentations;

To place electronic copies of the article (including the final electronic version downloaded from the official website) on:

- personal web resources of all authors (websites, web pages, blogs, etc.);
- web resources of the institutions where the authors work (including electronic institutional repositories);
- non-commercial open access web resources (for example, arXiv.org).

In all cases, the presence of a bibliographic reference to the article or a hyperlink to its electronic copy on the official website of the collection is mandatory.

Journal publications are distributed in accordance with the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license.

The editorial board of the journal supports the publication of research data underlying the results of the publication in open institutional, national or international research data repositories. The editorial board recommends that published datasets comply with the FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable) principles, which ensure the ability to search, access, interoperability and reuse of data. Authors can place their data in appropriate repositories (e.g. Zenodo, Figshare, Dryad or institutional repositories) and provide links to them in the article in the “Data Availability” section.

POLICY OF ACADEMIC INTEGRITY AND PUBLICATION ETHICS

The editorial board of the journal accepts only those works that are based on its own research and described in its own words (i.e. are original). Any borrowing without proper formatting may be considered plagiarism by the journal editors.

Copying figures or tables without proper formatting (acknowledgements, references and/or quotes) and without obtaining permission from the owner to use them is also considered plagiarism.

No work can be completely original, and if the text overlap is insignificant or uncritical, we may ask you to paraphrase the existing overlaps. In this case, the Editorial Board will act in accordance with the COPE guidelines regarding detected plagiarism.

The Editorial Board reserves the right to independently determine the format of the author’s notification of detected violations (descriptively or with the provision of screenshots). Full reports on the inspection carried out are not sent (this is contrary to international practice).

PUBLICATION ETHICS AND EDITORIAL POLICY OF THE PUBLICATION THAT COMPLIES WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE COMMITTEE ON PUBLICATION ETHICS (COMMITTEE ON PUBLICATION ETHICS / COPE)

The editorial board of the journal adheres to international standards of publication ethics and recommendations of the Committee on Ethics of Scientific Publications (COPE). The journal publishes only those research results that are carried out in compliance with ethical norms and requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine.

When writing an article, authors must adhere to relevant international and national procedures regarding:

- medical tests on humans or animals, the use of their biological materials;
- use of personal or confidential data;
- other generally accepted procedures that exist at the time of submission of the article to the journal.

Articles that describe research involving humans and/or their data must contain clear confirmation that informed consent to participate in the research was obtained.

For articles containing information about participants that would allow them to be identified, written informed consent for publication of such data must be obtained from the individuals concerned before submission.

Private or identifying information that is not essential to the study should be removed or anonymized unless its inclusion is essential to the integrity or scientific relevance of the study.

The Editorial Board reserves the right to request documented evidence of informed consent, including any other supporting materials relevant to the study.

PROCEDURE FOR CONSIDERING COMPLAINTS ABOUT VIOLATIONS OF ETHICAL NORMS

If your article was rejected and you believe that there are grounds for reviewing the decision of the Editorial Board in the presence of solid evidence, you can submit an application to appeal the editorial decision by sending a message to the editorial office's e-mail: ptbd830@gmail.com.

After receiving the message, we will send you a corresponding confirmation of acceptance/refusal to accept the appeal for consideration. The general term for considering the appeal is up to 30 working days. Based on the results of the consideration, you will receive a written decision that does not provide for further appeal.

ARCHIVING AND LONG-TERM STORAGE POLICY

The editorial office guarantees permanent, open and free access to all published materials.

The journal uses the Open Journal Systems (OJS) system, which supports standards for long-term storage of digital content and ensures its availability in open access. All publications are stored on the university server with regular backups, data duplication and modern information protection tools.

In the event of the termination of the journal's activities, access to the archives will be provided through the specified archiving systems.

POLICY ON THE USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (hereinafter referred to as AI) AND TECHNOLOGIES SUPPORTING IT

All uses of artificial intelligence (AI) tools should be carried out under human supervision and control. The following actions using AI are permitted to authors during the preparation of articles:

- literary and linguistic editing;
- assistance in collecting bibliographic sources and formatting them according to submission requirements;
- creation, clarification, correction, editing or formatting of visualizations based on existing research data or results. Any use of AI to create or generate materials must be declared in the Acknowledgements section, indicating (a) a description of its use and (b) a proper reference to the AI ​​tool used (name and version);
- translation of the text of the article for the purpose of publication.

Other uses of AI as defined in the STM Guidelines for the Classification of AI Uses in Scientific Manuscript Preparation are not permitted.

The editorial board reserves the right to determine the appropriateness of using AI tools, and to reject submissions or take post-publication action against submissions that contain falsified or fraudulent AI-generated content.
