The Mechanism of Functioning of a Holistic Information System Under Cybernetic Exposure

Abstract

The article deals with issues related to ensuring the holistic functioning of an information system under cybernetic exposure. The functioning of a holistic information system occurs through the use of hierarchical construction of the system depending on the state of certain levels. According to the proposed concept of link analysis, it is proposed to analyze the system and determine the efficiency of the information system both with a holistic approach and with the analysis of the effectiveness of the components of various levels of the information system under cybernetic exposure.
