Concept of Secure IT Center Management System

Abstract

The article highlights the ways of creating an IT center as a technological system that implements with the necessary quality the effective provision of information services, protection against unauthorized access, secrecy of the data flow, provides information protection, connection integrity with recovery, failure prevention and others like that. An information-entropy method for determining one of the main parameters of the IT center‘s network management system is proposed - the amount of control information that provides the necessary accuracy of the parameters of the managed network.
