GDPR — weapon not defense

Abstract

The article describes general issues concerning GDPR that changed the way of data regulations in the EU and their main specifics. By several examples the article illustrates the minuses of such regulations and shows those willing to interact with businesses within the EU will have to deal with. Particular attention is focused on the problems of implementation of the regulations, as well as the use of deficiencies in the rules in favor of the attacker.
