Thematic focus: the publication was launched with the aim of developing the domestic system of public management and administration. The journal's topics cover current issues of public administration, public policy and digitalization of social processes (public administration and local self-government, digital technologies in public administration, e-democracy and public participation, innovations and digital transformation, economic and social aspects of digitalization, international experience and comparative analysis, etc.).

Policy (goals and objectives) of the scientific publication: the publication publishes research by scientists working on current scientific problems in the field of public management and administration. The journal is aimed at specialists in the subject of the scientific publication, scientists, scientific and pedagogical workers, doctoral candidates, postgraduate students, students who seek to develop modern management and digital skills, as well as everyone who is interested in the development of science in Ukraine. Only original articles are published in the scientific journal.

The purpose of the scientific publication «Public Management and Digital Practices» is to promote the development of science in the field of public management, to form a scientific platform for the exchange of knowledge, ideas and innovations among scientists, managers and practitioners, as well as to popularize innovative approaches in public management and digital practices aimed at improving management processes and the digitalization of society.

The objectives of the publication are to publish the results of theoretical and applied research in the field of public administration in modern conditions of digitalization, develop interdisciplinary research to address current social challenges, highlight the best practices of digital transformation of the public sector, promote the implementation of innovative management solutions based on digital technologies, create conditions for dialogue between scientists, practitioners and representatives of the public sector, disseminate best practices in digitalization and management reforms, provide teachers and students with relevant materials for teaching and research, support young scientists in their research, popularize the results of scientific research among a wider audience, and form a modern scientific discourse on public administration and digitalization.

This publication serves as a tool for disseminating knowledge and a means of influencing the quality of management processes and digital changes in modern society.
