Substantiation of management decisions at the enterprise

Abstract

The essence, basic concepts, characteristics of managerial work at the enterprise and to define its features are revealed; identified components of the management decision-making process at the enterprise. The organization of work of the manager for substantiation of administrative decisions at the enterprise of PJSC «Diprozvyazok» is estimated. The priority directions of improvement of work of the manager at substantiation of administrative decisions at the enterprise of PJSC «Diprozvyazok» are outlined and offers of perfection of the system of substantiation of administrative decisions at the enterprise of PJSC «Diprozvyazok» are formulated.
