Management of the intellectual capital of the enterprise

Abstract

Effective economic activity of a telecommunications enterprise provides for the use of an integrated approach to managing the intellectual capital of the enterprise. The article clarifies the concept of managing the intellectual capital of an enterprise. The elements of the intellectual capital management system are determined. The priority directions of the enterprise intellectual capital management improvement are formulated.
