The article provides an in-depth analysis of the strategic foundations necessary for ensuring
effective post-war economic recovery in Ukraine under conditions of heightened uncertainty,
structural market instability, and significant infrastructural damage. The research emphasizes the
importance of modern strategic management approaches, including competitive strategy
frameworks, resilience-oriented business models, and state-led mechanisms aimed at stimulating
economic revitalization and ensuring sustainable enterprise development. Particular attention is
given to the role of international institutions, donor organizations, and analytical centers in
identifying priority directions for national recovery, including strengthening the architecture of
business ecosystems, developing digital and logistical infrastructure, and improving policy
instruments that enhance the adaptability and competitiveness of enterprises across various sectors.
The study combines theoretical insights with empirical observations and practical
recommendations derived from recent academic works, governmental reports, and global recovery
assessments. As a result, a comprehensive set of policy measures is proposed to optimize Ukraine’s
post-war development trajectory, support small and medium-sized enterprises, accelerate investment
inflows, and reinforce long-term economic sustainability. The findings are intended to inform
government bodies, regional authorities, business associations, and other stakeholders involved in
designing, implementing, and monitoring recovery and development strategies, providing actionable
insights for building resilient, innovative, and competitive business environments in the post-war
context.
