IT management: from theory to a highly qualified specialist

Abstract

The concept of innovative management styles was studied, the newest types of management were analyzed, and the possibilities of the digital generation were revealed to ensure the technological development of society in Ukraine. It is shown what competencies and qualities a future manager should possess to ensure the process of digitization of management, how the process of training highly qualified specialists takes place.
