Anti-crisis management of the enterprise

Abstract

The article clarifies the features and substantiates the theoretical basis of crisis management of the enterprise, diagnoses the crisis management of enterprises and identifies priority areas for improvement of crisis management of the enterprise, taking into account the rapid deformation of economic space and based on unique competencies of the enterprise. to ensure the economic stability of the enterprise to aggressive manifestations of the external environment.
