Formation of the mechanism of strategic development of telecommunication enterprises

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of scientific achievements in defining the concept of "development mechanism"; study of leading approaches to the interpretation of the management mechanism of enterprise development; identification of tasks facing the company in the process of forming a mechanism for managing strategic development; substantiation of the management mechanism of strategic development of telecommunication enterprises in the conditions of digital transformations, which is the most active part of the management system. It provides an opportunity for purposeful development of enterprises and is a set of management tools that include tools and levers that meet the benchmarks, expected consequences, selection and evaluation criteria, limitations and requirements of the enterprise development process; organizational and economic management methods, which are methods and technologies for the implementation and use of resources.
