Key factors of the application the methods of determining efficiency of diversification in the economic activity of the enterprises

Abstract

The article defined the essence, content and key significance of conceptual factors and conditions of application of methods for assessing the effectiveness of diversification of enterprises. There has been determined noted the main directions and priorities of effective application of diversification in the economic activity of the enterprises. There has been determined the main priority directions and program tasks for improving the approaches to the effectiveness of the assessment of diversification of enterprises. There have been specified the important conditions of sustainable development and dynamic growth of directions of diversification in the long-term perspective. There has been determined the priority of the set tasks and important conditions for achievement of the key goals of the enterprise with the increase of diversification of activity, the order of priority and the sequence of their solutions. There have been specified the importance of generalization of all approaches and an unified information system which is aimed at implementation of the general policy of the enterprise on application and introduction of effective diversification activity of the enterprise.
