Risks of implementation and problems of legal regulation of digital currency in Ukraine

Abstract
The development of information and communication technologies, the high degree of communication and acceleration of interaction between people, the change of social and industrial relations, the strengthening of the role of innovation in the field of finance has led to the emergence of new forms of money that are more convenient and instantly allow you to pay for a particular product or service . Today, electronic money is being used and digital currency is gaining momentum, while the latter provide new opportunities to the owner, but as a result of their circulation and use there are absolutely other, different from non-digital money risks. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate and identify the risks associated with the introduction of the digital currency for the possibility of ensuring its proper legal regulation, which is why this article is devoted.
Key words: digital currency, electronic money, legal regulation of the digital currency, risks of introduction of the digital currency, e-hryvnia, bitcoin.
