Analysis of IT companies activity on the Ukrainian educational market

Abstract
The situation conducting with international IT companies functioning and ones with Ukrainian origin are analyzed. The problems which rising during the IT companies operational activities on software product development to obtain the educational sphere`s innovative development within the Ukrainian boundaries are definded. The directions of software development and the peculiarities of the information products supply formation within the educational services market in Ukraine and international level are explored.
