SOCIO-ECONOMIC PARAMETERS OF CORPORATE CULTURE OF MODERN ENTERPRISE

Abstract
The article considers the main socio-economic definitions of corporate culture. The essence of the category "corporate culture" is revealed, its content is clarified. The principles and essential features of corporate culture are discovered. The induvidual subject, object, topic point subject and tasks of the enterprise’s corporate culture are defined. The main parameters of the corporate culture of a modern enterprise are described and their relationship with the corporate philosophy of the enterprise is established.
